A THEORETIC ANALYSIS UPON THE PROBLEM OF QUICKENING THE PACE OF THE ECONOMIC TRANSPORTIZATION IN CHINA(Ⅱ)

作看提出运输化理论,从历史与逻辑统一的角度概括了交通运输与经济发展之间的关系;并研究分析了我国国民经济运输化问题。论文分上、下两篇,本文为下篇,主要论述我国运输化问题,认为我国目前仍然处于运输化的初级阶段,没有得到应有发展的运输业与工业化进一步成长的要求产生了尖锐矛盾。必须自觉认识运输化的发展规律,加快运输化的步伐,才能有助于我国经济尽快走上持续、稳定、协调发展的轨道。

By advancing the theory of transportization, the author su-mmarizes the relationship between transport and economic developmentfrom the angle of unifying the historical and the logical researches,andthereupon studies the problem of the transportization of China's nationaleconomy.The treatise is devided into two parts.This is the second part,in which the author discusses the problem of China's economic transpo-rtization and points out that China is now still at the primary transpo-rtization stage; some severe contradictories exist between the unfully de-veloped transport sectors and the demand of the further growing indust-rialization. To recognize the law of the development of transportizationand speed up its pace in China is essential for developing its nationaleconomy continuously, steadily and coordinately.
