中药治疗慢性结肠炎86例证治体会

TCM Treatment for Chronic Colitis: A Report of 86 Cases

本文运用辨证结合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎86例。辨证分为五型:脾虚湿滞型以七味白术散加减治疗;脾虚气滞型以痛泻要方加减治疗;湿热壅盛则以白头翁汤加味治疗;阴虚热结则以增液承气汤合麻子仁丸加减治疗;脾肾阳虚则以附子理中丸合四神丸加减治疗。结果:86例中显效36例,占41.86％;好转47例,占54.65％;无效3例,占3.48％。提示辨证施治结合中药保留灌肠是治疗慢性结肠炎较为理想的方法。

Eighty-six cases of chronic colitis were treated with herbal retention enema based on TCM Zheng-differentiation. All the cases were classified into 5 types. Type Ⅰ, Fluid-retention due to Spleen-asthenia was treated with modified Qiwei Baizhu San; Type Ⅱ, Qi-stagnation due to Spleen-asthenia, with modified Tongxie Yaofang; Type Ⅲ, Hyperactivity of Damp-heat, with Baitouweng Tang adding ingredients; Type Ⅳ, Heat-retention, with modified Zengye Chengqi Tang and Maziren Wan; Type Ⅴ, Deficiency of Spleen-yang and Kidey-yang with modified Fuzi Lizhong Wan and Sishen Wan.The results: of the 86 cases, 36(41.86%) were markedly effective; 47(54.65%) improved; 3(3.48%) ineffective. This indicates that herbal retention enema based on Zheng-differentiation is an ideal treatment for chronic colitis.
