从血液流变学探讨声带息肉与小结同血瘀的关系

Relationship of Vocal Polyps and Nodules to Blood Stasis from the Viewpoint of Hemorheology

本文以中医整体观为指导,对48例声带息肉与小结进行了血液流变学测定,发现有血液粘滞性增高的特点,且这种增高与病程的长短无关,进一步的研究还发现,声带息肉与声带小结之间以及息肉与小结本身所显示的红色与白色之间,存在着共同的血液流变性异常的基础。从而认为:血瘀可能是多数声带息肉与小结的基本病机,声带息肉与小结的外形与颜色的差异作为判别是否有瘀血是不可靠的,进而从整体现角度探讨了声带息肉与小结的成因。

The Purpose of this study was to probe into the relationship of vocal polyps and nodules to blood stasis from the viewpoint of hemorheology. Ten indexes of hemorheology were assayed in 48 patients suffering from vocal polyps on nodules, and in 142 healthy people as control. It was found that most indexes of hemorheology in the patients were abnormal, and that the abnormal changes of hemorheology had nothing to do with not only the external form and colour of the vocal polyps and nodules, but the course of disease. It concludes that: blood stasis may be the basic pathogenesis of the vocal polyps and nodules; the abnormal changes of hemorheology may be one of the internal pathologic basis on which the vocal polyps and nodules form; but the form and colour of the vocal polyps and nodules are not necessarily the signs of blood stasis syndrome.
