侧脑室注射毛冬青甲素对大白鼠动脉血压、心率的影响

Effect of Introventricular Injection of Ilexonin A on Arterial Blood Pressure and Heart Rate

本文报导侧脑室注射毛冬青甲素对SD大鼠(n=37)动脉血压和心率的影响。结果显示:不同剂量(0.001～20g/L,20μl)毛冬青甲素引起动脉降压效应呈“S”型曲线量效关系。收缩压和舒张压均明显下降,尤其以舒张压下降最显著,而心率的变化不大。结果表明:毛冬青甲素能够影响心血管活动的神经调节机制,主要使外周血管舒张,即降低外周阻力而发挥降压作用。

Effect of introventricular injection of Ilexonin A (IA) on arterial blood pressure and heart rate was studied. The result showed that different doses (0.001-20g/L, 20μl) of IA gradually decreased arterial blood pressure and the does-effect relationship presented an S-shaped curve. Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure decreased significanfly especially the latter. But heart rate was not significantly different from the normal control. It is suggusted that IA can affect neural regulation of cardiovascular system and blood pressure decreases mainly by inflating blood vessel and by decreasing peripheral resistance.
