A Multigrid Algorithm for Stokes Equation by the MINI-Element Approximation

在本文中我们给出了Stokes方程在MINI-元离散下的多格子算法,证明了算法具有与网格长度无关的小于1的收敛率,可以定义在粗-细网格上的离散内积的引进是收敛性证明的基本工具。

In this paper we describe a multigrid algorithm for the finite element approximation of stokes equation by the MINI-element. It has been proved that the convergence rate of the algorithm is bounded away from 1 independent of the meshsize. The introduction of the discrete product defined on the coarse fine grid is an essential tool for the convergence analysis of the multigrid algorithm.
