Specific Heat Study of Critical Behavior for YBa_2 Cu_3O_(7-δ) High-T_C Superconductors

本工作用绝热连续加热法测量了陶瓷YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-8)高Tc氧化物超导体在80～210 K温区的比热。通过对在Tc附近比热跃变的临界行为分析,得出比热临界指数a=-1.4。

The specific heat of ceramic high.T_c superconductor YBa_2 Cu_3 O_(7-8) is measured in the temperature range of 80～210 K with an adiabatic continuous heating method. Critical behavior analysis is successfully applied to the specific heat jump near T_c, which identifies the critical exponent a=-1.4.
