The Main Advances of the Method of Weighted Residuals as a Computational Method of Mechanics for Twelve Years in P.R.of China

本文综述了1978～1990年加权残值法作为固体力学及流体力学的计算力学的主要进展并提出未来研究课题。内容为:一、方法及其分类;二、1982年以前的进展概况;三、首届全国加权残值法(下简称残值法)学术会议(1982)进展;四、1983～1985年残值法的主要进展;五、第二届全国残值法学术会议(1986)进展;六、1986～1989年残值法的主要进展;七、第三届全国残值法学术会议(1989)进展;八、展望及今后研究课题。

This paper gives the main advandes of the Method of Weighted Resid uals as a computational method of mechanics of solid mechanics and fluid mechanics in China from 1978～1990 and also suggests topics for future resea-rch.
