提高n型BaTiO_3热敏电阻PTC效应的途径

Some Aspects to Improve the PTC Effect in Donor-Dopped BaTiO_3 Thermistor

摘要 陶瓷;;PTC热敏电阻;; Based on model of Grain Boundary Barrier Layers (GBBL) as approached by Heywang, the influence of surface acceptor density Ns, bulk donor density ND, as well as energy level of surface acceptor Es on the PTC effect in donor-dopped BaTi03 ceramics has been discussed. A 'high and thin' GBBL has been conclude to give rise to the best PTC curve, and a criterion to theoretically get this 'high and thin' GBBL is also approaed. Finally, the compositior and sintering process to obtain this GBBL in practical manufacture of PTC thermistors, are suggested, example is given.
