鼠脊神经节硫胺素单磷酸酶阳性神经元的P物质免疫反应及外周投射

摘要 用酶组化、免疫组化和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)追踪法探讨大鼠脊神经节内硫胺素单磷酸酶(TMPase)和P物质(SP)的定位关系,胃幽门部是否接受TMPase阳性神经支配.在C5~8脊神经节内,一些小型神经元有TMPase活性,SP阳性神经元主要为小型,绝大多数TMPase阳性神经元不具有SP-IR;另有一部分小型神经元既无TMPase活性,又无SP-IR。将CB-HRP注于幽门部,在双侧T_6~L_1脊神经节见少量HRP标记细胞,约4%HRP标记细胞为TMPase阳性。 The localization of thiamine monophosphatase (TMPase) and sub-Stance P (SP) and the TMPase-positive innervation of pylorus were separately investigated by means of enzymohistochemical method, immunocytochemical method and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) tracing technique. In C5-8 ganglia, a portion of the small-sized neurons displayed TMPase activity and. another portion was SP-immunoreactive (SP-IR). A few of the TMPase-positive neurons were SP-IR, most were not. A portion of the small-sized neurons displayed neither TMPase activity nor SP-IR. In bilateral Te-L1 ganglia, a small number of HRP-labeled cells were observed. A small portion (4%) of the labeled cells displayed TMPase activity. TMPase and SP were mainly located in different subpopulations. of ganglion neurons. However, a majority of spinal ganglion neurous innervating pylorus displayed no TMPase activity.
