摘要
4种人白血病细胞株,一种小鼠肉瘤细胞株的培养上清液和4种白血病患者血清均发现有免疫抑制活性。抑制PHA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖,抑制白细胞介素2的产生和反应性,以2BS人胚肺细胞作对照则无抑制作用.肿瘤细胞株培养上清液无细胞毒作用,其抑制作用无种属特异性和组织器官特异性.其中,来源于HL-60人早幼粒白血病细胞肿瘤免疫抑制因子的分子量为87kD,其化学本质为蛋白质,抗急性非淋巴细胞白血病药物对这种肿瘤免疫抑制因子的分泌有部分阻抑作用。
Immunosuppressive activities have been found in the culture supernatant of four leukemia cell lines and one mouse sarcoma cell line and in the sera of four patients with leukemia. The inhibitors suppressed PHA induced lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production and responsiveness of T cells to IL-2, but no inhibitory activity was observed in the culture supernatant of 2BS cell line. The culture supernatant of tumor cell lines was not cytoxic. The effects of tumor-derived immunosuppressive factor (TDSF) had no species and organ specifity. The molecular weight of TDSF from HL-60 human promyelocytic leukemia is about 87kD. It is protein in chemical nature. The synthesis and secretion of TDSF were partially inhibited by drugs of anti-acute non-lymphocytic leukemia.
