颅内肿瘤的动态CT扫描技术

Dynamic CT Study of Intracranial Tumors

本文收集了106例颅内肿瘤的时间-密度曲线,着重研究了其中经手术和病理证实的66例。并讨论了动态CT的扫描技术、造影方法及在颅内肿瘤定性和鉴别诊断中的价值。认为:①动态CT扫描简单、安全、可靠,无损伤和痛苦。②各种不同组织类型脑瘤,由于其血供或血脑屏障破坏程度不同,有其典型的时间-密度曲线.③依据时间-密度曲线,确诊血管性病变如动脉瘤、血管瘤或血管畸形,并将它们与颅内肿瘤鉴别.④动态CT对各类脑瘤的鉴别诊断有一定价值,在脑瘤与肉芽肿性病变的鉴别中也有作用。

The tume-density curres were collected in 106 patients with intra-cranial tumor. A detailed analysis was made of 66 cases confirmed surgically and pathologically. The technique of scanning, method of administration of contrast material of Dynamic CT and its value in qualitative and differential diagnosis of the intracranial tumors were also discussed.It was found that:(1) Dynamic CT scan is simple, safe and reliable without causing trauma and pain to the patients. (2) Due to varying degrees of damage to blood supply to the bloodbrain barrier, brain tumors of various histological types have their own typical time-density curves; (3) Vascular disorders such as aneur-ysm, angioma or arteriovenous malformation can be detected and differentiated from intracranial tumors or granuloma based on typical time-density curves; and (4) Dynamic CT studies are of some value in differential diagnosis of various kinds of brain tumors and also play a role in differentiating brain tumors from granulo-matous lessions.
