不同类型宫内避孕器对子宫内膜微血管影响的形态测量研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用ERNST-LEITZ-WETZLAR ASM形态测量系统,测定4种不同类型宫内避孕器(IUDs)对兔子宫内膜微血管总面积(TABV)、微血管面积在内膜中所占百分比(PBV)和微血管密度(DBV)的影响。结果表明,与空白自身对照子宫比较,凡接触IUDs 30d后的兔子宫,内膜中TABV、PBV和DBV均有所增加,TABV与PBV增加程度在不锈钢避孕器组(SS-IUD)和孕激素避孕器组(LNG-IUD)差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).组间比较,TABV与PBV增加程度顺序分别为SS-IUD>LNG-IUD、含孕激素与钢避孕器>含铜避孕器。 The ERNST-LEITZ-WETZLAR ASM morphometric system was employed to study the effects of four types of intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD) on the rabbit endometrial microscopically detectable blood vessels. The results indicated that the total area of the blood vessels (TABV), its percentage in the endometrium (PBV), and the density of blood vessels (DBV) were more increased in the endometria exposed to various IUDs for 30 days than in their self-controls. In stainless steel IUD (SS-IUD) group and levonorgestrel -releasing IUD (LNG-IUD) group, the difference in increase in TABV and PBV was statistical significance (P<0.05). Moreover, between different IUD-bearing groups, the sequence of the increase in TABV and PBV was: SS-IUD>LNG-IUD and levonorgestrel plus copper IUD>copper IUD. The implication of these changes was also discussed.
