类风湿性关节炎患者的白细胞β-葡萄糖苷酸酶活性的变化

A Study of Leukocyte β-glucuronidase Activities in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

对35例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者及35例正常人的白细胞中β-Ga的活性及治疗前后的变化进行了测定,并将活动性RA和非活动性RA进行了比较,结果表明RA组的β-Ga的活性明显高于正常人组,经过治疗后RA患者的β-Ga活性明显降低。且β-Ga活性与ESR呈正相关。因此,β-Ga活性高低可以作为RA的诊断与鉴别活动性RA和非活动性RA的一个重要参考指标。

Leukocyte β-glucuronidase (β-Ga) activities in 35 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and 35 healthy controls were determined. The β-Ga activities in patients with RA were significantly greater than those in controls (P<0.01), and also correlated strongly with ESR (r=0.752, P<0.01). The treatment of RA was associated with a reduction in β-Ga activities. These results suggest that the β-Ga activities combined with ESR may be an important reference parameter in the diagnosis of RA, and in differentiating activated from inactivated RA.
