摘要
本文报道了锗-连苯三酚体系在玻碳汞膜电极上的吸附伏安法。该法采用电化学沉积和吸附富集两个步骤,灵敏度好,检测限可达3.4×10^(-9)mol/L。选择了测定痕量锗的实际可用的条件。初步探讨了反应机理,认为该体系的极谱波是一种由配体吸附所产生的吸附波。实测人发中锗,回收率为92.6±3.5%((?)±s),变异系数CV=3.82%。
The adsorption stripping voltammetry of germanium (Ⅳ )-pyrogallol system on the mercury film glassy carbon electrode was studied. This mahod was devised to employ the electrochemical deposition and adsorption concentration. It is highly sensitive with its limit of determination of Ge (Ⅵ) amounting to 3.4 × 10-9 mol/L. Generally applicable conditions were created for this method. The electrode processes were considered as an adsorptive wave of ligand. The method was applied to the determination of germanium in hair, the recovery of which is about 92.6-3.5 % (x ±s), and the variant coefficientis CV=3.82 %.
