摘要
用不同溶剂(或沉淀剂)从草鱼胆汁提得5种提取物,分别做毒性检查后发现,水溶性胆盐是毒性部分。进一步用液相层析法分得单一的毒性成分(鲤醇硫酸酯钠),结果证实该物质为鲤科鱼类胆汁中的主要毒性成分,其LD_(50)为668.70mg/kg(小白鼠灌胃),115.15mg/kg(小自鼠腹腔注射)。该结果可解释鱼胆中毒的原因。
Five extracts were obtained by extraction with different solvents (or pre-cip ita nts) from the bile of the Ctenopharyngodon idellus. It was found after detection of the toxicity of each extract that water-soluble bile salt is a toxic fraction. Furthermore, a single toxic constituent (Sodium cyprinol sulphate) was separated by liquid chromatography from this bile salt fraction. These findings confirm that this substance is the major toxic constituent in carps bile, whose LD50 is 668.70 mg/kg (given orally to mice) and 115.15 mg/kg (i.p. injection to mice). The above experimental result can be used to explain why the fish bile is toxic.
