摘要
合成了一种钢配合物[Cu_2(C_(34)H_(32)N_(10)(Br)_3)Br·2H_2O作为仿Cu·Zn-SOD催化剂,用核黄素-蛋氨酸光照法等证实它有清除的作用;ESR等证实它还有清除,OH的作用;大鼠心脏缺血再灌注实验表明此铜配合物能降低活性氧自由基(和·OH)对心肌的损伤程度,对再灌注损伤心肌有保护作用。
The Cu(I) coordination compound [Cu2(C34H32N10)(Br)3]Br· 2H2O as a novel catalyst imitating Cu.Zn-SOD has been synthesized. It has two functions. Its first function, scavenging of O2- has been proved by using the Riboflavin-Methionine photoreduction method and other means, while its second one, scavenging of ·OH,has been confirmed by ESR spectrum and other assays. The experimental results of ischemia-reperfusion of myocardium in rats show that this compound can reduce the reperfusion-induced damage caused by active oxygen free radicals.
