摘要
大鼠静脉注射(ⅳ)10mg/kg峨嵋唐松草碱具有降压(给药3min降低了32%)及减慢心率的作用,且后者维持时间较前者更长(1h以上)。对离体人心室乳头肌有抑制作用,但作用不强。能减慢豚鼠右房频率及收缩力(P<0.01),降低左心房自律性(提高阈浓度8倍),而对有效不应期无影响(P>0.05)。
In wistar rats blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) were significantly reduced by methoxyadiantifoline (MAF) (10 mg/kg) but BP returned to normal more quickly than HR. MAF was able to decrease the heart rate and contractile force in isolated spontaneously beating atria of guinea pig (P<0.01) and inhibit adrenaline-induced automaticity in the left atrium of guinea pig. However, it exerted no influence on effective refractory period (ERP) (P>0.05). In addition, the contractile force of isolated human ventricular papillary muscle and guinea pig left atrium was inhibited slightly by MAF recpectively.
