脑膜瘤手术、病理及增殖细胞核抗原与术后复发的关系

CORRELATIONSHIP OF POST-OPERATIVE RECURRENCE OF MENINGIOMAS WITH SURGERY PATHOLOGY AND PROLIFERATING CELL NUCLEAR ANTIGEN

文章通过对２０例复发性脑膜瘤的手术切除分级、病理分型和分级及增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的研究，提示普通病理分型与脑膜瘤复发无明显相关，而ＷＨＯ分级程度越高，其复发率也越高。Ｓｉｍｐｓｏｎ手术分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级切除者，其复发率明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级切除者。复发组ＰＣＮＡ标记指数较对照组明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且与ＷＨＯ分级密切相关，可以作为预测脑膜瘤术后复发的指标之一。

A study on Simpson's surgical grading scale,pathological types and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in 20 cases of recurrent meningiomas showed0 no obvious correlationship between the pathological types and recurrence of meningiomas.The higher the WHO grade of meningioma the higher the recurrent rate.Those classified in Simpson's grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ had much higher recurrent rate than those in gradeⅠor Ⅱ.The PCNA index in the recurrent group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),correlating with the WHO grading scale.Thus PCN A index might be adopted as one of the indicators in prognosis of recurrence of meningiomas.
