本文探讨了火焰喷涂PPS粉末的工艺、涂层性能及影响因素，实验测定了涂层对钢基体的结合强度，为具有卓越防腐性能的PPS在工程上的应用提供了一条简便有效的途径。

In this paper,the process of flame spraying PPS powder, properties of the coating and influ-encing factors are studied. The bonding strength of the coating to carbon steel is measured in experiment. The paper indicates that it is an easy and efficient method by which PPS with the excellent anti - corrosion proper-ties can be applied to the engineering.
