摘要
结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉１５ｍｉｎ，同时在尾尖处剪断放血数滴，继之再灌流４８ｈ。结果表明：枸杞多糖可明显改善脑缺血再灌流小鼠的行为障碍及卒中症状。
After 15 min ligation of the mice's bilateral carotid arteries andblood
withdrawal from tail-arteriae in the meantime,and then 48 hoursreperfusion,the effects of Lycium
barbarum polysaccharides (LBP)on thestroke index and neurologic score of 15 min cerebral
ischemia followed byreperfusion 48 hours were evaluated. The results indicated that LBP
coulddecrease the stroke index and neurologic score markedly.
