摘要
将propedium iodide(PI)和bisbenzimide(Bb)先后分别注入大鼠颈内动脉窦壁及同侧外耳根部,取同侧的舌咽迷走复合神经节,以“901”凝胶包埋,切片厚10μm,置荧光显微镜下观察。发现舌咽神经岩神经节内见PI及Bb双标记细胞,提示部分感觉神经元周围突分支同时投射到颈动脉窦及外耳皮肤。本研究为耳针治疗原发性高血压提供了有力的神经解剖学证据;亦证实体躯-内脏感觉会聚于同一初级感觉神经元的规律也普遍存在于脑神经。
Propedium iodie (PI) and bisbenzimide (Bb) were in turn injected into the same side of the wall of carotid sinus and the root of external ear of rats respectively. The mixed ganglion of the glossopharyngeal-vagus nerve on this side was cut off and embedded in 901 gel. The sections (10 μm) were observed under the fluorescent microscope. It was found that the cells with the double labelling of PI and Bb were present in the petrosal ganglion of glos-sopharyngeal nerve. This finding indicated that the peripheral processes of part of sensory neurons projected into the carotic sinus and the skin of external ear simultaneously. The present study furnishes strong neuroanatomical evidence in support of treatment of essential hypertension by ear needle and also the theory that somaticosplanchnic senses converge on the same primary sensoryneuron, which can be applied to the cranial nerve.
