介绍了用同位素稀释质谱法测量辐照元件铀含量的方法。天然铀、高浓集铀、元件料液铀、天然加高浓集混合铀、高浓集加元件料液混合铀样品的同位素比值,经过用全积分比值测定法进行修正后,用以计算高浓集铀标定溶液、元件料液的铀含量,不确定度为±0.5%,与电位法和容量法的测量结果在0.8%内符合。
The measurement methods of uranium concentrations in irradiated fuels by isotopic dilution mass spectrometry are described. The uranium concentrations of the highly enriched uranium and irradiated fuel uranium solutions can be calculated from the corrected isotopic ratios in the natural-uranium,highly enriched uranium, irradiated-uranium, natural-plus-highly enriched uranium, and highly enriched-plus-irradiated-uranium samples. The accuracy determinated for uranium-concentrations in irradiated fuels is ±0.50%.
