摘要
介绍了一种用于骨肿瘤治疗的放射性药物^(90)Y-EDTMP的合成和放射性标记方法。同时系统地对标记介质的pH、反应时间、EDTMP用量和反应温度进行了研究。经动物实验和临床初步观察表明,本药物在骨中高度浓集,可以与国产^(90)Y发生器配套成药盒供临床使用。
Syntheses of EDTMP preparation and ^(99)Y-labelling of radiopharmaceutical ^(99)Y-EDTMP used for the treatment of bone tumor were reported. The dependence of the labelling efficiency on pH me dium, reaction times, temperature and quantities of EDTMP was systematically investigated. Animal tests and preliminary clinicaltrials showed that the labelled compound might be used for clinical treatment of bone tumor.
