A Method for Measurement of He-Ne LaserTransmittance of Rabbits Skin in vivo

本文首次建立了一种对动物在体皮肤弱激光透过率进行测定的方法，对兔耳缘皮肤的测量证实了这种方法的实用性。同时该方法具有操作简便，被测对象痛苦小，无不良影响等优点，可进一步直接应用于人体测量。

method was first set up for measurement of low energy laser transmit-tance of animal skin in vivo. Measurement results of skin on 6 earsof 3 rabbits proved its practicality. By the method, the measurement canbe taken with ease,and less pain to the animals, so it could be used tohuman bodies .
