摘要
就GCr15钢制作冷作模具,淬火硬度达不到要求(HRC<60左右),易脆断、寿命短,对其进行化学成分和金相组织检验.结果表明,出现这种问题的主要原因是碳化物形态异常.通过对该模具进行超细化处理,改变碳化物形态,改善了其使用性能,使该模具能正常使用.
GCr15 steel is a special kind of steel to make bearings,especially roller bearings. It has more than 10 steel grades. GCr15 is most widely used and is often applied to produce tools,measuring tools,shafts of machine tools and cold-treated modes. It has met good demands. Here we use GCr15 to make cold-treated modes. The quench hardness of the modes can not meet the demands(HRC is less than around 60). They're easily to be brittle and broken and they've short service lives. This article will analyze the metallograph of the cold-treated modes,find out reasons of destruction to imptove their properties.
