摘要 对蛹虫草菌丝体进行液体摇瓶培养,以菌丝体干重为指标,从碳源、氮源、pH、温度等方面探讨了蛹虫草菌丝的生物学特性.结果表明,蛹虫草菌丝的生长可以利用多种碳源和氮源,在以红糖为碳源、奶粉为氮源的液体培养基中生长最佳,且碳源 氮源合适的比例为2.0~2.5 1.0,适宜pH为5.0~6.5,最适pH为6.0,适宜生长温度范围为15~30℃,最适温度为25℃. Using the deep fermentation and the index in culturing the dry weight of mycelia, the biological characteristics of Cordyceps militaris mycelia were reported in this paper. The experiment results indicated that Cordyceps militaris mycelia could use different carbon sources and nitrogen sources, with red sugar as its best carbon source and milk as its nitrogen source, that the proportion of carbon source/nitrogen source was 2.0~2.5/1.0, and that its fittest pH value was 6 at the best temperature of 25℃.
