摘要
教师如何组织好教学,更好地提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,以达到理想的教学效果和质量,培养出高质量的人才,一直是教师实践教学中不断探讨的问题。本文对教师如何在教学中起主导作用作了具体阐述。
It is always the problem for teachers to study continuously how to organize the classroom teaching,how to im-prove the students' initiative and reach the ideal teaching efficiency.This article gives some opinions about teacher's leading function in the classroom teaching.
