渭北旱塬生态环境恢复与重建模式探讨

Discussion on Recovery and Rebuilding of Ecological Environment Models in Weibei Drought Area

生态环境是人类赖以生存和实现经济社会可持续发展的基础。国家从1999年开始实施退耕还林和生态环境恢复与重建方面的工作,在渭北旱塬已初见成效。生态环境恢复是全面建设小康社会的迫切需要。本文总结了生态环境恢复与重建一批成功典型模式,积极探索生态环境恢复与重建及农民脱贫致富相结合的路子。

Ecological environment is the basis for the survival of human being and the sustainable development of economy and societies. In 1999 China began to return the grain plots to forestry and to recover and rebuild ecological environment and has achieved desirable results. The recovery of ecological environment is the urgent demand for the allround realization of welltodo society in China. This paper summarized some typical and successful models of the recovery and reconstruction of ecological environment and actively analyzed the ways to the recovery and rebuilding of ecological environment combined with peasant's povertyelimination and prosperity
