摘要
在C6143型普通车床主传动系统中,由于传动比设计不够合理,致使主轴转速级数分布不均;主轴箱中采用飞溅式润滑,其搅油功率损失产生的热量引起主轴箱升温过高,致使主轴轴承产生间隙,影响了机床加工精度。针对上述情况,本文介绍了机床大修时,采用调整齿轮传动比以均化主轴转速级数;采用箱体外循环冷却、润滑以降低主轴箱温升,稳定机床加工精度的措施。
Due to the unreasonable design of the transmitting ratio in the major transmission system of lathe C6143, the progression of the spindle speed is asymmetrically distributed. And the splash lubrication is adopted in the headstock that was overheated by the energy lost from the oil stirring during the splash lubrication. So the clearance occurred in the bearing of spindle, affecting the processing accuracy of the lathe. For the solution to above problems the paper suggested that the transmission ratio of gear wheels should be adjusted to average the progression of the spindle speeds, to reduce temperature of headstock, and to stabilize the functioning precision of the lathes by adoption of cooling circulation and lubrication outside the headstock.
