目前高校中多以手工方式管理票据,票据管理员工作量大、效率低,在票据管理中引入计算机管理可使票据管理高效、科学、规范。本文初探了高校票据财务管理系统的设计思路,各模块的功能等。

At present the bills of higher school are largely managed manually. Therefore the workload of conservator is arduous and so ineffective. If the computer system is introduced into the bill management the work will become effective, scientific and standardized. The paper preliminarily discussed the design strategies and the functions of models in the financial bill management system of higher school.
