浅析宝鸡峡信邑沟水库除险加固工程的必要性

Primary Discussion on the Necessity of Reinforce Works to Xinyigou Reservoir in Baoji Gorge

宝鸡峡信邑沟水库,设计标准低、施工质量较差,加之当时由于资金原因,没有完成设计工程项目的施工,使工程投运后出现坝体沉陷、裂缝;坝渠渗漏。坝下游排水棱体被覆盖而致排水失效等现象,严重危及大坝安全和下游一区两县人民生命财产安全。根据现行大坝安全运行规范标准,对大坝工程进行除险加固是十分必要和非常迫切的。

The Xinyigou reservoir in Baojixia Gorge was designed at inferior standards and constructed with poor workmanship. And because of the capital problem, it was not finished in accordance with the original design and so troubled with sunk and ruptured dike bank and leached trenches. And the drainage shorlder body in downstream dike was mantled and so caused invalid drainage. Therefore the dike' existence and the people's lives and possessions of one district and two counties in the downstream areas are under serious imperil. According to current criterions and standards of dike safety, the reinforcement engineering works of the dike is utmost necessary and urgent.
