超载预压法的超载比及卸载控制研究

超载预压法处理地基的效果可以从超载卸除后地基在建筑物荷载作用下后续变形的大小得到反映 ,而后续变形的大小与超载比和超载作用的时间有直接的关系。对超载预压法中常用的卸载控制理论进行了简要的分析 ,并通过室内模拟试验 ,对超载预压法的超载比及超载作用时间进行了研究 ,得出了软粘土的卸载控制曲线 ,并建议超载比应控制在 0 .4～ 0 .

The effect of surcharge precompression can be reflected from the deformation of foundation caused by load of building after unloading surcharge. The value of the deformation is related to surcharge ratio and surcharge time. The ordinary theories of unloading control of surcharge precompression are analyzed. Through laboratory simulation test the surcharge ratio and surcharge time are studied, and the curve of unloading control as well as proper surcharge ratio of soft clay are obtained.
