钢丝绳除油除垢新装置工作参数的确定

Determination of operating parameter about new device for steel rope's eliminating oil and grease stain

为了满足矿用钢丝绳的使用要求,延长其使用寿命,需要对其除油除垢。利用水射流原理,从理论上论述了该装置喷嘴个数与喷嘴出口直径对装机功率的影响,导出了液压泵的最大输出流量和最高压力的确定的基本公式,指出了油垢的物理、化学性能是确定该机构工作参数的关键。

Mining steel rope needs eliminating oil & grease stain to fulfil meet its using requirements and extend its service life. Exploiting the principle of water-jet, the paper theoretically expands the effects to installation power in quantity and exit diameter of spray nozzle, and deduces basic formula of determination on maximum output flow and pressure of hydraulic pump, and points out that physical and chemical property of crease stains is critical about determination of working parameter.
