三峡左岸电站首批机组投产实践

Practice of the first generating units to be put into generation in the left-bank power plant of Three Gorges Project

2003年,三峡左岸电站首批6台700MW水轮发电机组已投产发电,这不仅有力地缓解了华东、华中等地区供电紧缺的局面,还创造了新的机组投产记录,从而证明了"综合创新"的技术路线,"科学、有序、文明"的工作方针和"全方位管理、全过程控制"的质量管理取得了一定的成效。这可为今后的工程建设提供了一些参考。

In 2003, six hydro-generating units with an installed capacity of 700 MW each was put into production in the left-bank power plant of Three Gorges Project, which not only strongly alleviates the power shortage in the East China and Central China but also creates new records of generating unit to be put into operation. It proves that the technical route of 'comprehensive innovation', the working principles of 'science, in-order and civilization' and the quality management of 'overall management and full-process control' all have gained certain effectiveness. It also provides some experience for the future project construction.
