摘要
三峡三期碾压混凝土(RCC)围堰施工具有工期紧、强度大、场地狭窄、质量要求高等特点,其难度之大、风险之高是同类工程无法比拟的。实施中主要从提前开工、堰体结构、施工布置、仓面组织、模板、VC值等多方面采取措施,于2003年4月16日提前55d达到堰顶,创造了日最大浇筑量2 1万m3、月最大浇筑强度47 6万m3、连续上升57 5m不间歇等多项纪录,施工质量符合设计要求。
The construction of the third-stage RCC cofferdam of Three Gorges Project has the features of short construction period, high intensity, narrow construction area and high quality requirements so that its difficulty and risk is much higher than other similar projects. In the construction, many measures have been taken such as construction commencement ahead of time, structure optimization of cofferdam body, construction arrangement, organization of working surfaces, formwork, VC value, etc. The cofferdam was constructed up to the crest on August 16,2003, ahead of time 55 days. It created many new records of maximum daily pouring volume of 21,000 cubic meters, the maximum monthly pouring volume of 476,000 cubic meters and continuous lift of 57.5 m. Moreover, the quality of construction meets the needs of its design.
