摘要
三峡700MW混流式水轮发电机组是当今世界上单机容量最大的水轮发电机组,首批机组启动调试及试运行旨在检验机电设备的整体设计性能、制造及安装质量,以便及时发现问题,为机组设备的投产及电能外送创造条件。参加首批机组启动调试的设备主要包括GIS设备及2F、5F机组设备,按照电力系统对新投产的水轮发电机组及输变电设备的要求进行了各项调试及试验,启动调试及试运行的结果总体上是符合要求的,具备投入商业运行的条件。
The Francis turbine for the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant with unit capacity of 700 MW is the largest in the world. In order to check up the design performance, manufacturing and installation quality of the equipment, this paper summarizes the work of the start-up debugging and trial operation of the first generating units of Three Gorges Hydropower Plant. Thus the faults and mistakes could be found out in time in order to make its production operation and power transmission more stable and safe. The main devices of GIS and 2F, 5F have joined in the debugging. According to the requirements of power system, several tests on the generating units and the devices for power transmission that has been just put into production have been taken. In a word, the test results is good and shows that the generating units can be put into business operation.
