摘要
在分析了三峡五级连续式船闸的运行方式后,针对在设计其监控系统中需要解决的主要关键技术问题,如提高监控系统的可靠性、适应多变的运行方式、运行级数判断、补水量计算、抑制超灌超泄、防止人字门关终碰撞、合拢失败和开通闸等等,提出了具体的对策和措施。目前在低水位试运行中已验证这些措施是必要的,且还需要在今后更高水位运行时,经受更严峻的考验,并应继续探索、调整、改进和完善。
Based on the analysis of the operation mode of the continuous five-lift ship lock of Three Gorges Project,this paper presents the countermeasures for main technical issues of the design of the computer supervisory and control system for continuous five-lift ship lock of Three Gorges Project, such as the reliability of the system,flexibility of the operation mode,judgment of the cascade numbers in operation,calculation of the quantity of filling water,diminishing the extra-filling and extra-discharging,avoiding the colliding of two doors at the end of closing,avoiding the closing failure and avoiding different gates open at same time. This paper points out all these measures have been proved to be essential and indispensable in accordance with the trial operation under low water head. For the water head will rise in the future,the ship lock will operate under more critical conditions,and the exploration,adjustment,improvement of the control system shall be continued.
