摘要
目的 :建立测定参芍颗粒中芍药苷含量的方法方法 :采用薄层扫描法 ,氯仿 -甲醇 (3∶1)为展开剂 ,5 %香草醛硫酸溶液为显色剂 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :芍药苷在 4 μg~ 12 μg范围内 ,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9992 ;平均回收率为 98.73%。结论 :该方法简便、准确 。
Objective: To establish the determinable method of Paeoniflorin in Shenshao Granules.Methods: CAMAGⅡTLC-scanning was selected ,using chloroform-ethanol(3∶1)as the developing system,the detection wavelength was 254nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4~12μg for Paeoniflorin . The average recovery was 99.78%(r=0.9992).Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be the methods for quality control of Shenshao Granules.
