摘要
目的 电镜研究用液氮冷冻眼球穴位治疗白内障的超微结构 .方法 先用亚硒酸钠注射于SD大白鼠皮下深层内形成晶状体混浊的动物模型 ;再用液氮冷冻眼球“祛障穴”治疗 1疗程 ;分别观察正常组、治疗组和对照组晶状体中的超微结构 .结果 用液氮冷冻眼球的“祛障穴”治疗后的晶状体超微结构 ,与正常对照的透明晶状体基本相同 ,除残留少许混浊时的结构变化 ;部分皮质结构紊乱或模糊 ,无混浊晶状体的紊乱的颗粒结构 .结论 用液氮冷冻眼球“祛障穴”治疗白内障后 。
Objective Study on the ultra-microstructure of lens tissue after cryoapplicating acupuncture point of “quzhang' related to lens with nitrogen liquid. Methods First, a cataract model in rats has been established using Na 2SeO 3 injection in vein, then freezing acupuncture point of “quzhang' related to lens with nitrogen liquid for a period, using light microscope and electronic microscope to observe the ultra-microstructure of lens tissue on different groups, including normal group, experimental group, and control group(cataract without treatment). Results The ultra-microstructure of lens tissue is nearly similar between the experimental group and normal group except that there is a little part disordered cortical structure in lens of experimental group without granule, which was very obvious in lens of control group (cataract without treatment). Conclusions After freezing at acupuncture point of “quzhang' related to lens with nitrogen liquid the lens tissue of cataract became to transform into clear lens tissue in rats. Further study must be performed to confirm the clinic effects of this method.
