螺旋CT多平面,三维重建技术对骨盆创伤性病变的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨螺旋CT多平面重建 (MPR)、三维表面重建 (SSD)技术在骨盆创伤诊断中的价值 .方法 使用GEHispeedZX/I螺旋CT机对 2 5例骨盆创伤患者进行扫描 .在GEAdvantageWorkstation 4 .0工作站进行MPR、SSD图像重建 ,并与二维CT(2DCT)及X线平片比较 .结果  2DCT、SSD、MPR显示骨盆外伤共 4 8处 ,MPR和SSD图像能准确显示损伤部位、类型、严重程度及软组织损伤情况 .结论 MPR、SSD重建技术是诊断骨盆外伤的有效手段 ,对骨盆外伤术前分型。 Objective To evaluate multiplanar reconstruction(MPR), surface shaded display(SSD) techniques with spiral CT in displaying pelvic trauma. Methods Using GE Hispeed ZX/I spiral CT, pelvic trauma patients(n=25)were scanned applying SSD and MPR technique on GE advantage workstation 4.0 (120KV ,150MA,3mm collimaton and 1.5 reconstruction with 1.5 pitch).The results were compared with two-dimensional CT(2DCT) and X-ray plain film. Results 48 locations of pelvic trauma were found altogether on 2DCT,SSD and MPR. MPR and SSD accurately revealed the location, type, severity, and the change of soft tissue. Conclusions MPR and SSD CT technique with spiral CT are effective method in diagnosing pelvic trauma, and play an important role in the preoperative classification of calcaneal fractures,and are useful for the selection of surgical approaches,and for the evaluation of prognosis.
