The Clinical Images Manifestion of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrone

目的 总结非典型肺炎的X线平片、CT影像表现 .方法 分析了 2 18例非典型肺炎的X线平片及 5 0例的CT影像资料 .结果 本组病例呈现以下特点 :①肺部影像变化快 ,以天计算 ,具游走性表现 ;②病变以双肺为主 ,大部分病人吸收速度和一般肺炎相同 .青壮年发病比例高 .③愈合后 30 %患者肺部纤维化表现较其他肺炎明显 .结论 传染性非典型肺炎具有特征性影像表现 。

Objective To sum up the manifesion of X-ray and CT images of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Methods To collect and analyse 218 patients' X-ray images and 50 patients' CT images. Results The patients of SARS had some radiological character in chest:①The radiological manifestion changed very rapidly. ②The lesions mainly invased lung,and the absorbing spred was the same as other pneumonia,the incidence rate was high in case of 20～40 years old. ③About 30% patients,the lung fibrosis was more severe than other pneumoniawhen healing. Conclusions SARS has some radioligical charactors,and the charactors are very useful to clinical diagnosis.
