摘要
针对矿业城市发展存在的问题,提出了矿业城市产业发展新理论——接续产业跟进式持续发展原理。该原理为矿业城市的转型,可持续发展提供了一套可行的理论解决方案,为政府、企业科学制定接续产业发展规划奠定了理论基础,有利于解决我国近390座矿业城市发展接续产业这一重大现实问题。
According to the existent problems in the mining cities, this paper puts forward a new theory of mining cities' industrial development——the following development theory of the superseded industries. It suggests a set of feasible solutions for the transformation and
sustainable development of mining cities, and founds the theoretic basis for the government and enterprises to make scientific superseded industries' development projects, helping about 390 mining cities in China solve the practical problem of superseded industries' development.
