摘要
本文论述了资源型城市生态经济系统结构与功能的基本特征,指出了用能量和货币评价资源型城市生态经济系统的不足;介绍了H T Odum的系统能值分析理论,以及能值分析方法的基本步骤和评价指标。最后以铜川市生态经济系统为例,对其生态经济系统进行分析与评价。
This paper discusses the characteristics of eco-economic system in resources-based city, points out the shortage of assessing eco-e-conomic system of resources-based city by the evaluation of energy and currency. And it recommends the theory of energy founded by H T Odum and the fundamental steps and indices of the methods. At last, taking Tongchuan city as an example,its eco-economic system is analyzed and evaluated.
