角质形成细胞凋亡的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 角质形成细胞的凋亡在维持皮肤正常生理功能过程中起着重要作用 ,其发生与发展受到多种因素的影响 ;皮肤中角质形成细胞的凋亡与增殖处于一种动态平衡 ,如平衡被打破则出现多种与之相关的皮肤疾病。现主要就角质形成细胞凋亡的途径及其调控 ,并结合临床常见的与角质形成细胞凋亡相关皮肤病研究进展进行综述。
