摘要 目的 从生物力学角度观察大鼠臂丛C5~T1各神经根之间生物力学特性的差异。方法 采用Wistar大鼠 2 0只 ,暴露C5~T1神经根 ,进行在体轴向拉伸测试 ,记录一系列载荷 -延长量 ;应用冰冻切片和图像分析技术测出各神经根初始横断面积 ,经计算求出各神经根一系列应力 -应变值 ,再绘制出各神经根的应力 -应变关系曲线 ,在曲线上分析神经根的各项生物力学性能指标。结果 ①大鼠臂丛C5~T1神经根应力 -应变关系曲线与其他外周神经相似 ,但在定量上存在较大差异。②各神经根的最大延长率为 5 0 %~ 70 % ,弹性度为 30 %~ 5 0 % ,其中以C7神经根为最大 ,且C7神经根的强度、弹力极限也高于其他神经根。③各神经根的最大张力为 2 5 0~ 5 0 0 g ,C5~ 7神经根最大张力与初始面积具有正相关性 ,C8、T1两者关系无显著性 ,且C5~ 7神经根最大应力、应变均高于C8、T1神经根。结论 大鼠臂丛神经根的生物力学特性存在明显差异 ,C5~ 7与C8。 Objective To observe the biomechanical properties of rat brachial plexus C 5~T 1 roots. Methods The rat brachial plexus C 5~T 1 roots were exposed and tested by axially tensing one by one,for recording force(g) elongation(mm),each root’S initial cross sectional area was examined by ice slices and picture analysis technology and corresponding stress strain date were calculated.The stress strain curve of each root was obtained.And biomechanical properties of the root was analyzed according to the curve. Results ①The shape of rat brachial plexus C 5~T 1 roots’ stress strain curve was similar to that of other peripheral nerve,but significant difference was found in quantity.②Each root’s maximum elongation ratio ranged from 50% to 70%,elasticity scope was 30~50 percent.Among C 5~T 1 roots,C 7 root’s maximum strength,elasticity were greater than that of other. ③ C 5~T 1 roots’ maximum tension scope was 250~500 g,a significant correlation was found between maximum tension and initial cross-sectional area C 5~ C 7 roots.Furthermore C 5~C 7 roots’ maximum stress and strain were greater than that of C 8~T 1 roots. Conclusion The rat brachial plexus roots have obvious difference in biomechanical properties and further research is needed to determine this difference in the way of anatomic construction in C5~T1 roots.
