颈段椎管哑铃形肿瘤的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of dumbbell tumors in the cervical vertebral canal

目的 探讨颈段椎管哑铃形肿瘤的手术方法及其临床疗效。方法 回顾性研究 16例颈段椎管哑铃形肿瘤 ,对肿瘤的生长特点、临床症状及手术切除方法等进行系统分析。结果 16例均达到全切除肿瘤 ,且临床症状和体征均有不同程度的改善 ,无任何并发症。结论 多数颈段椎管哑铃形肿瘤可由颈后中线入路手术全切除 。

Objective To study operative methods and outcome of dumbbell tumor in the cervical vertebral canal. Methods Sixteen cases of dumbbell tumors in the cervical vertebral canal were analyzed retrospectively in terms of growing pattern, clinical symptoms and surgical techniques of the tumors. Results Total resection was achieved in all of the 16 cases. The postoperative neurological condition improved and there was no complication occurred in all cases. Conclusion Most of cervical dumbbell tumors can be removed through posterior approach. Lateral approach is suitable for ventral spinal tumors and perivertebral tumors arounding the vertebral artery.
