牦牛鞭壮腰胶囊对小鼠作用效果观察

以牦牛鞭为主,辅以其他中药组成不同配方,分别饲喂小白鼠,筛选最佳配方制成胶囊。结果:单用牦牛鞭能促进小白鼠睾丸发育和增强其免疫力;牦牛鞭配以其他中药组成复方,不仅能促进睾丸发育,而且对提高小鼠的抗缺氧能力、抗疲劳能力和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力均有显著作用(p<0 05或p<0 01)。

The groups of mice were separately fed with the different prescriptions which are composed of the major composition of yak's peins and other Chinese medicines,and one of the best prescriptions is chosen to make into capsules.The groups fed only with the yak's peins showed that the growth of testis and immunity of mice can be improved.The groups fed with the yak's peins and other Chinese medicines showed that not only the development of testis can be improved,but also the ability of anti-anoxic,weariness-resistance and ability of engulfment of macrophage in abdominal cavity can be enhanced(p<0.05 or p<0.01).
