摘要 为研究纳米复合碳化钨-钴粉末的分散稳定性和粒度表征方法,以一定量分散介质和分散剂作用于纳米复合碳化钨-钴粉末,利用氮吸附法(BET)、光子相关光谱法(PCS)和电位分析仪分别测试了粉末的比表面积、粒度及其分布和粉末的ζ电位.研究结果表明:高比重的纳米复合碳化钨-钴粉末经一定工艺处理后具有相当的分散稳定性,但长时间球磨对分散并非有利;用BET可表征一次粒径,而PCS则表征二次粒径. In order to study the dispersion stabilization characteristics and particle indication of nano-composite WC-Co powder, the powder was dispersed by using quantitative dispersing agent and medium, BET surface area was determined by liquid nitrogen adsorption. Particle size and distribution values were obtained from photo correlation spectroscopy (PCS), and zeta potentials were also detected. Results show that the nano-composite WC-Co powder with high specific gravity holds considerable dispersion stabilization characteristics after being treated by an appropriate technological process. But long time balling is unfavorable to dispersion. BET method can be used to indicate the primary particle size of the powder, and PCS the agglomerate size.
