摘要
对八五、九五规划后国产通用高强型CF的抗拉强度σb,拉伸模量E的分析结果表明,在原丝质量和炭化技术两个方面中,原丝质量与国际上的差距更大,且在近期难于解决.考察美国Akzo公司、Zoltek公司应用工业大丝束睛纶丝生产优质通用高强型CF的经验,认为在应用优质原丝生产CF和应用较差原丝结合先进炭化工艺生产这条技术路线中后者更适合我国国情.只要无尘炭化、分区牵伸、开纤技术尤其是化学补强等技术措施到位,应用现有质量的原丝生产出抗拉神强度3 5~4 0Gpa的优质通用高强CF,这在理论上有充分的根据,在技术上也是可行的.
The analysis of stretch intensity and stretch modulus of '85'?'95' period CF shows that, of protonema quality and carbonification technology, the former has a more disparity from the reality and it is hard to get it closed in a short period of time.After investigating how the American firms such as Akzo,Zoltek produce high quality general high strength CF,it is concluded that, in comparison with high quality protonema is more suit able for the situation in China.As long as no-dirt carbonification and subarea draft, especially the chemistry-supply and so on. it is feasible in technology to apply existing quality protonema to produce high quality general high strength CF with has a stretch intensity of 3.5-4.0 Gpa.
