摘要
目的 :应用超声显像技术探讨原发性高脂血症患者的血管内皮功能。方法 :对 5 0例原发性高脂血症患者 ,应用彩色多普勒超声测定反应性充血时和含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化 ,并与 30例正常对照相比较。结果 :原发性高脂血症患者反应性充血时肱动脉内径的扩张程度为 (3.3± 2 .1 ) %,明显低于正常对照组 [(1 5 .4± 4 .3) %](P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;含服硝酸甘油 (5 0 0μg)后肱动脉内径的扩张程度为 (1 4 .4± 4 .9) %,明显低于正常对照组 [(1 7.6± 6 .1 ) %](P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :彩色多普勒超声显像是一简便易行的评价血管内皮功能的无创方法 。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasound on evaluating the brachial endothelial function in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia.Methods:50 patients with primary hypercholester olemia and 30 healthy controls were studied. The changes of brachial artery internal diameter under reactive hyperaemia situation or after taking nitroglycerin(500 μg) were respectively evaluated by CDFI.Result:The changes of brachial artery internal diameter under reactive hyperaemia in patients with hypercholesterolemia were significantly decreased as compared with healthy controls [(3 3±2 1)%] vs [(15 4±4 3)%](P<0 001).Furthermore,the changes of brachial artery internal diameter,after taking nitroglycerin(500 μg) in patients with hypercholesterolemia were also significantly decreased as compared with healthy controls,[(14 4±4 9)%] vs [(17 6±6 1)%](P<0 05).Conclusion:It is a simple and non invasive method to evaluate the brachial endothelial function by ultrasound,and ultrasound may serve as a effective method to early or dynamic assess of the brachial endothelial function in patients with hypercholesterolemia or other diseases.
